Please note that the Pepper Spray Application is only open to Importers at this time. We will advise when the application for Retailers and Users (Adult over the age of 18 and Adults ages between 16-18) are available for application.

The photo size should be positioned in a way that the head is between 50% and 69% of the image’s total height from the bottom of your chin to the top of the head.

General Requirements
  • Taken within the last (3) three months prior to submission of this application.
  • With no shadows.
  • With a plain white background.
  • You must face the camera in the photo.
  • Have a neutral expression.
  • Have both eyes open.
  • You must not wear eyeglasses except for medical reasons.
Technical Requirements
  • The photo must be square and 1200×1200 pixels.
  • The photo must be in colour.
  • The format of the photo must be in JPEG.
  • The size of the photo must be less or equal to 480 kilobytes (kB).
