I thought it appropriate to send a message to tell you how pleased we are with the service we have received from PASP over the years.

In the last few weeks, I have been working with Angela Walker, Chassidy and Sonya to convert our B cards to the H cards to our exact specifications. I communicated with them incessantly with questions and fine-tuning the cards’ appearance, but they were very accommodating to our needs and didn’t seem to mind that I was emailing/calling several times a day to get what we needed. I expect nothing less than the best from those that work for me, and I recognize them when appropriate.

I believe your employees deserve the same recognition for their diligence in responding to our needs, which I’m sure you do already for their efforts with your other clients.

I cannot say enough about the new PASP ID Issuing System. The software is extremely easy to use and the ability to change information at a click of a mouse is extremely beneficial. Issuing new ID's Department wide took no time at all, in fact the entire City uses this system to issue ID's to all City Employee's.

In addition to the software the customer support is top notch. They handle any issues and make the client top priority. I highly recommend this system for any Department looking to efficiently issue ID's to their employee's.
